DISPUTE OVER EDITORSHIP. A. and N.Z. HOBART. March 15 A meeting of the Trades Hall Council declared the Labour newspaper World "black" until Mr. E. Dwyer Gray is reinstated as editor. Mr. Gray has been relegated to the post of leader-writer under editorial direction.
