Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.80 p.m.) VANCOUVER, March 14. A liberal use of exemption clauses by United States immigration officials has enabled 22 of the detained passengers by the Niagara, including J. Tracey, the boxer, to enter the United States. Three passengers are still held, but it is probable that they will he passed.
