In all cases, the nature of the ground improvements is to be clearly stated, a mere entry, "ground improvements," being insufficient. Subsidies for school tennis courts will in future be paid at the rate of £1 for every £2 contributed, in coses where it is convincingly shown that the court? are. primarily for the use of the school p'Jpfls, the subsidy to be paid upon initial expenditure only, and not for maintenance or replacement of either tho courts or the tennis equipment
