Si r Edward and Lady Chaytor will return next Thursday, and will stay at the Grand Hotel. Sir Joseph Ward arrived in Auckland yesterday, and took up his quarters at M Grand Hotel, where he will remain for some days. This is his first visit to Auckland for about two yea™. He stated y«. terday that he was visiting Auckland purely on private business. He was n<w in very much better health than •vhen ho first returned from abroad some months back.
