POSTAL PACKET OPINED.
JUDGE IMPOSES FINE. [by telegraph.—press association.] INVERCARGILL, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court to-day Thomas Withington, for opening a postal packet, was fined £10, His Honor remarking that the loss of his position would be a severe punishment.
