TO START ON MARCH 24.

Australian and N.Z, Cable Association. (Had. 8.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 20. The Bombay correspondent of the Chicago Tribuno reports that General 0. G. Bruce, who is to lead the British expedition to Mount Everest, arrived there yesterday. The expedition is leaving on March 24. , General Bruce said that oxygen will be used after the climbers reach an altitude of 23,000 feet.
