Section No. 34G, is heroby amended by deleting therefrom tho word " six" and substituting therefor the - word " ten." 3. By-Law No. 2, Section 16, is horoby amended by repealing Sub-sections (b) and (o) thereof, and substituting thercy for as follows:— (b) Ride or drivo any bicycle, motorcyclo, motor-car, or other similar carriage, at ;t greater speed than fifteen miles per hour, (o) Notwithstanding the provisions of the foregoing paragraph, ride or drivo any bicycle, motor-cycle, motorcar, or other similar carriage, along or upon tho roadway through tho Y, Domain, from tho Main Domain Drive to Stanley Street, at a greater 6pecd than ten miles per hour.
