[BT TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Tuesday. Tho London butter market has again firmed after last week's declino. In a cablegram dated February 11, the High Commissioner says: —
Tho market is firm with a good demand especially for New Zealand, which is at present selling in some cases up to 142s per cwt. Danish continues very scarce and quotations aro nominal. Official quotations per cwt. are: — Now Zealand— Feb. 11. Feb. t. Salted .. 138s to 140s 134s to 138s Unaalted .. 168s to 165 a — AustralianSalted A 126b to 128 a 122s to 126s Uns&Hed .. 135s to 140s — Areentine .. U4s to 121s 110s to 124s Danish .. ~ 184s Nominal Tho cheese market continues good, and the market is firm at name quotations as reported last weok.
