MOTOR-CAR BURNED.
SERIOUS DAMAGE SUSTAINED.
An outbreak of fire was discovered shortly after two o'clock yesterday morning in the motor garage at the rear of the residence of Captain E. Darling, 42, Omahu Itoid, Remuera. The Remuora fire brigade was summoned, but the flames had secui-.>d a good hold Wort its arrival. Tho garage was badly gutted, and the motor-car, an Oldsmobile, was also snriously damagnd. Thj car had been placed in the garage at five o'clock the previous evening and thfl cause of the outbreak is not known. The car was insured for £460 in the Insurance Office of Australia,
