Public Notice is hereby given that the Rodney County Council under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1913," and amendments thereto, proposes to raise a Special Loan of i' 2500 for Metalling the Wellsford-Whangaripo Road. The proposed 6ecurity is a Special Rate of five-eighths a penny in the £ on the Unimproved Value of all ratable property in the Wellsford-Whangaripo Special Rating District, covering interest and sinking fund, payable over a period not exceeding 36i years until the loan is fullv paid off. The said loan being repayable at the end of a term of 361 years, with a sinking fund of one per centum.
