EX-EMPEROR KARL.
REQUEST TO VISIT ENGLAND. A. and N.Z, VIENNA, Feb. 9. The ex-Emperor Karl has requested permission to proceed with his family to an English bathing resort in April, because his children are unable to go through the summer in MadeiraEntente official circles do not oppose tho request, provided Karl accepts the same conditions as are imposed in Madeira.
