ALL-ROUND BRISKNESS. CHEESE IN DEMAND. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 9. The butter trade is much brisker all round, owing to colder weather and short supplies of Danish, due to ice in Copenhagen. The following are the current prices compared with those that prevailed last week:—New Zealand, salted, choicest 138s to 140s (135 a to 140s), secondary 129s to 132s j unsalted 160s (155s to 1655). Australian, salted, choicest 126s to 130s (124s to 128s). secondary 1163 to 1245; unsalted 135s to 140s (132s to 140s). Cheese is in good demand. Curront prices are as followsßest New Zealand, white 92s to 94s (92s to 945), coloured 100s (96s to 98s); Australian, white 86s to 90s (84s to 86s), coloured 92s to 96s (86s to 90s).
