POSITION IN TE KUITI. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] TE KUITI. FridayLocal land agents report a livening up of business which had been very backward during the past year. An optimist.c tone is growing among farmers owing W improved wool and moat prices. One of the prominent real estate agents says he had no fewer than seven inquiries for sheep country this week.
