SITUATION IN BELFAST.

MILITARY REGULATIONS.

HOOLIGANISM THE EVIL. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Jan. 8. In its absence the military had to make regulations for the restoration of order. He did not think that there was a great political feud in Belfast. The casualties were about equal on both sides. The trouble was mainly hooliganism.
