BIBLE-CLASS UNION.
THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. [by telegraph.—press association.]
CAETERTON, Wednesday.
The first annual conference of the New Zealand Anglican Bible-Class Union is being held here, and is attended by a large number of delegates from various parts of New Zealand. The Rev. H. G. L, Blackbourne, of Palmerskm North, is presiding. The Bishop of Nelson gave an address. Remits of importance to the Bible-Class movement were discussed and i rrangement3 were made for a progressive campaign during the coming year. The Dominion Executive will be situated at Wellington for a further year, and the nest conference will be held in Christchurch. During the course of the conference interesting papers have been read by the Revs. Austin (Wanganui Collegiate School) and Dent (Greytown).
