FraierHurst as medical super.ntendent, and M Ellis pointed out the contrast between, we fine and efficient block of buildings toW and the small place to which the doctor came 10 years ago. , - Dr. Frazer-Hurst responded, reviewing his early difficulties and his gratification a the success which had finally W» achieved.
