TOKIO, Deo. 12The Prime Minister of Japan, Baron Takahashi, received a threat of death through the post which led to tho arrest of a 20-year-old Japanese named who, it is alleged,* stated that if the Prime Minister took action similar to that of Mr. Hara his fate would be the same. It is rumoured that a plot exists against .the lives of other membore of the Cabinet,.and a large guard has been provided for important officials. A special bodyguard constantly watches Baron Takahashi, >and all persons approaching him are kept under keen surveillance.
