Accused-had . committed a very mean offence by stealing the money from a friend. A sentow. of two years' reformativo detention- fru imposed. When William Robert Curson was called' Mr. Singer said the offence of breafing; . and entering-and theft to which the>fe\ cused had pleaded guilty, was not serious as might appear.
