DR. FRENGLEY'S VISIT. INSPECTION OF OITY. . Further inspections of places in the city which might be in an insanitary and ratridden condition > were carried out yesterday by the Deputy Director-General of Health, Dr. J. P. Frengley, who Was sent to Auckland by the Minister for Health on the special question of plague precautions. While here he* will visit the quarantine station on Motuihi Island, in view of the possibility that at any time it may have to accommodate plague patients ana the passengers and; part of the erew of the vessel from which they are taken..
