EXPLOSION IN MINE.
— o j MOUNT MULLIGAN INQUIRY. A. and X.Z. BRISBANE. Dec. 3. The Mount Mulligan Commission reported that the cause of the recent dialer at the mine was the firing of explores m the top level of the block. The explosive was not placed in a shothole, and was carried and stored underground *n a careless manner. There was no adequate safeguard to render the dust I innocuous, as was required by the regulations.
