ALLEGED COMMUNIST LIBEL, \ ACTION BY MR. THOMAS, M.P. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Noy. 29. Mr. J. H. Thomas, M.P., the railway leader, has brought a libel action against the Labour Press, Limited, and the editor j and publisher of the newspaper Communist.
