About ono hundred representatives of the Development league and local bodies visited Lake Tckapj yesterday to inspect (he site of the proposed hydroelectric tunnel. They were shown the plans'prepared by tho surveyors, who explained Hint the tunnel would be 77 chains in length and would give a fall of over 70ft., capable of extension 4o 90ft.
