BRITAIN'S ATTITUDE. NO CREDITS FOR SOVIET. Australian and N.Z. Cabin Association. CE»cd. 11-30 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 22. Mr. H. A. L. Fisher (Britain) reported to the Russian Famine Relief Committee of the League of Nations that Britain would not give the Soviet Government credits. Other members expected that this would be the attitude of all the Governments. It was suggested that contributions be made to the International Rod Cross.
