CONVICTED 136 TIMES.
COURT RECORD OF 50 YEARS.
A list of 136 convictions for various offences extending over a period of 50 years is the record of an old man who appeared in the Wellington Sfagistrate's Court charged with being an incorrigible rogue in that be was found Hogging in Lambton Quay. He was sentenced last November to three months' imprisonment on a similar charge. The man pleaded bard to be given an opportunity, and promised he would not come before the Court again The magistrate Baid ho could promise that the accused would not come before the Court for the nest three months, and .sentenced him to imprisonment tor that period _____________
