LOW-POWER AVRO 'PLANE. [BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] ■WELLINGTON. FridayA New Zealand Aero Transport's Avrd machine, in charge of Mr. Cuthbert Her* cer. arrived from the South Island last evening after a smart passage across tha strait. The aeroplane is fitted with the lowest-powered engine of any machina which has flown across . Cook Strait, and is the first to have landed within lbs confines of Wellington City.
