The Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Newmarket hereby give notice in pursuance of Section 9 of the above-mentioned Act:— 1. That the purpose for which the Loan is required is the construction of Beninera. Road. Carlton Road and a portion of . Broadway in concrete or other suitable material. 2. That the Newmarket Borough Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenue of the Borough, proposes to borrow a Bum not exceeding .£BOOO. 3. That the proposed security for the Loan "ball be a Special Rate of threepence {id) in , the £ on the Annual Value of all ratable property in the Borough of Newmarket. 4.
