SIGNS OF- A REVIVAL EFFECT OF CHEAPER COAL. A, and N.Z. ■ LONDON, Sept. 14, The Daily Express states that 1 a revival of British trade has commenced, and the trickle of orders is becoming a steady flow. Tinplato works are reopening, and the iron and steel outlook is promising. Welsh exports of coal are steadily expanding.Many ootton mills have orders which will last two years, and there is likely to be a boom in motor-cars.
The great stimulus to trade is the continued fall 4n the price of industrial coal The time is ripe for a " big push" 'in industry.
