LONDON, Sept. 14. •- Eli Majesty's reply to an address from ita .Convocation of York refers to the depression following the war, and says: Stable peace is the goiil for which we must unceasingly labour. I feel confident that Ministers at Home and in the Dtjminions will keep it unwaveringly before them. I was deeply touched by the ■generous, whole-hearted Welcome accorded the Prince of Wales during the dominion tour.
