MR. 0. H. COCK , far XXLSGBAPH —PRESS ASMCUTIOH.} NT2LSON, Monday. The death has occurred in England of Mr. Joseph Henry Cock, managing director of J. H. Oock and Co., of Nelson, Wanganni, and New Plymouth. He was also managing .director of the Anchor Shipping and Foundry Company, and one of tbe founders of the Nelson School of Music. The deceased gave £2000 to the Returned Soldiers' Ciub, and was a generous giver to worthy objects, including assistance for promising musica' l pupiis, to enable them to have tuition abroad.
