REIGN OF TERROR STARTED. BRITISH PRISONERS HELD. A. and NZ. LONDON. Aue. 4. The Nationalists have festablished a reign of terror in the Trezibond region, on the coast of the Black Sea. They are rounding up Creek subjects and puting them to death. Twenty-seven Britishers. including Colonel Rawlinson and Captain Campbell, are still retained as prisoners, and no information of their whereabouts is obtainable. '
