JASCHA HEIFETZ.

This evening at the Town Hall Messrs. J. and N. T.-ut will again present Jascha Heifetz, the youthful genius, who has made such an impression in Auckland, and according to the advance booking, there will be another large audience assembled to hear this fine artist. The programme lor to-night's concert embraces many of the works of the great masters and will undoubtedly make a very wide appeal in musical circles. The opening number, Tartini's Sonata in G Minor, and Mendelssohn's Concerto in E Minor are two numbers which will command attention and the Chopin-Auer Nocturne in E Minor follows. The Brahms, Hungarian Dance. No. 7 precedes Paganini's the No. 13 and No. 20. Caprice, and Wieniawski's glorious work. Polonaise in D Major, is the final programme number. There are many more gems promised, and judging by the demands of the audience on Wednesday night, the advertised programme will have many additions. Till noon today the box plans will be at Lewis Eady's and after at Coleman's. His Majesty's Arcade, where five shillings day sale tickets mav be obtained for to-night's concert. The final concert will be given on Wednesday next, and this will be the last opportunity of hearing the violinist.
