RESULTS AT MOUNT ALBERT. TWELFTH WEEK'S PRODUCTION. The twelfth week of the Auckland Poultrykeepers Association's third single-pen and . team egg-laying competition concluded liust Monday. The leading individual birds are keeping remarkably close together. In the teams J. N. McLean's No. 12 White Leghorns lead by one egg in the light breeds, while J. R. Roberts' Black Orpingtons have a decided lead 'in the heavy-breed section. In the ducks the lend is held by S. H. Scott's Runners. The leading individual of the competition is now J. O. Laws' No. i Indian Runner with SO. Mrs. McCullough's No. 2 White Indian Runner ties for second place with A. G. Rowland's No. 3 and S. H. >. cott's vto. 1 (both Indian Runners) with 79. j n the heavy breeds G. H. Shaw's No. 1 bird , "<>• 2 team leads with 71. while W. U | %mewj]l's No. 3. R, B. Cruickshank's No. 3. r.na R Glasgow's No. 4 tie for second place with 69 eggs each—all Black Orpingtons. In the light breeds N. Dicker's No. 4 and R. IJ.
