The Japanese Crown Prince Hirohito and Prince Kanin have arrivtd .it Spithr.id on board the battleships Raton and Kashirna, escorted by a flotilla of British destroyers. The Princes will 'and at Portsmouth on Monday. The Prince of Wales will welcome them and accompany them to London. The King ind other members of the Royal Family, Mr. Lloyd George, and other Ministers will welcome Prince Hirohito at Victoria Station, when the visitors will ho driven in Slain carriages to Buckingham Palace, through streets lined w itli troops.
