EX-GERMAN PROPERTY. SUGGESTED DISTRIBUTION. A and N.Z. WASHINGTON, April 22. It is understood that Japan and France have accepted America's contentions concerning the distribution of exGerman cables, decisions to that effect being reached at the Communications Conference. Pending a settlement of the Yap matter, however, actual distribution pf the Pacific cables will rerftsin in abeyance. It is understood that the United States will receive the Guam-Yap, New York-Brest and Halifax-Penzance cables, France will receive the ex-German cables to the African Coast, and Britain will receive the C»nßdian-British cable now owned in the United States.
