I MR. FISHER'S SUCCESSOR. The Melbourne correspondent of the Sydney Morning Herald states that it has been definitely decided that the appointment of a High Commissioner in London to succeed Mr. Andrew Fisher, will be allowed to stand over until after the return of the Prime Minister, Mr. Hughes, from London.
