The present appeal is from "n.b decision. It is to be noticed that i - taer the judicial committee of the Strat- ■ rd Racing Club nor the district committee determined that the appelant had committed any ot tho acts punishable by diaTiaiification under Rule 1 Part XXXII. nor , nv the the wilful acta punishable under i-101-o 1 Part XXV.
