WAR DUMP PILLAGERS.
ARRESTS,IN FRANCE. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Feb. 16. The police have unearthed a band engaged in pillaging Britisli war stores. Goods valued at 300,000 francs were found in the residences of 10 of the band. The leader was arres-ted at Hazebrouck after a desperate struggle, during which the bandit was wounded.
