Li a Lenten pastoral letter Cardinal Bourne declares that the foolish catchword " self-determination," ill-defined and j wrongly interpreted, has wrought untold | harm in Europe. Self-determination, if 1 carried to its logical conclusion, may, in the case of India and other non-Christian lands, ultimately mean the destruction of Christianity.
