In connection with the inquiry instituted by the United States into the killing of the American officer, lieutenant Langdon, at Vladivostok, Mr. Hiram Johnson introduced a resolution to provide for investigation of the reasons for sending American troops to Siberia, why they are remaining, and the status of American civilians there.
