Preston Stark, of the Bar.', of New South Wales, Sydney, arrived from I Wellington by the express yesterday. Mi. Stark is on a business tour of the l>u minion. Dem Fitchett. of Dunedin. ha? b*'n appointed bishop's commissary during im* absence in England of Dr. Richard*. Anplican Rishop of Dunedi,; Rishup Richards will return about August.
