GERMAN PROPERTY.
RIGHTS OF CONFISCATION. BELGIAN RENUNCIATION. Australiiin and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed 11.50 p.m.! PARIS, Dec. 26. According to a despatch from Brussels Belgium intends to renounce the rights of confiscation of German property in Belgium under the Treaty of Versailles. It is said that Belgium will announce this decision after consulting the Allies, but she considers that the renunciation is necessary from a commercial point of view.
