GERMAN COAL DEBT.
NEW AGREEMENT REACHED. EUROPE'S CRISIS PASSED. Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Received 11.30 p.m.* fc Eeuter. ■ PARIS. Dec. 24. Under the new coal agreement between Germany and the Allies, which has bean practically concluded by the Separations Commission, Germany is to provide a minimum of 2,000.000* tons a month, without the compensation provided by the Spa agreement. France's share of 'this coal will be a little less than hitherto, as the | output of the French mines is at presn.it I increasing at the rate of 100.000 tons a j month. Coal experts are of opinion that ; the coal shortage crisis in Europe ■is I definitely passed, owing partly to increasj mg production in Germany, France and j Britain, but also to the industrial depression, which has permitted the majority lof European countries to lav up hrsre [stocks.
