FARROW BANK FAILURE.
HEAD OF FIRM ARRESTED. A. and N.Z. ' LONDON. Dec. 22. Farrow, the head of Farrow's Bank, which suspended payment with a deficit lof £1,500,000, has been arrested and brought to London from his residence in the country, where he was lying ill. He was charged at the Mansion House in I connection with the failure of the bank, | and remanded. Bail was fixed at £28,000.
