[BT TELEGRAPH.— OWN* COHEESPONDEXT.] KAWHIA. Monday. The fishing launch Heather was driven out to sea last week as the result of engine trouble. She was eventually picked up by the auxiliary ketch Ethel, and brought to Kawhia, after four days of heavy weather. The crew were lucky to have escaped disaster, as the seas encountered were very heavy.
