Durham, -which arrived from Montreal on December 1, is expected to leave for Wellington to-day. Her berth at the Queen's Wharf will be taken by the Opawa, which has 3000 tons of cargo from Liverpool to discharge. The Port Napier is to take- the Niagara's berth at the Queen's Wharf to-day to discharge cargo from Australia, and to commence Homeward' loading. The Devon, en route from New York to Auckland, left Panama on November 27. She is duo here on December 20. ,*: The Kanna was expected to leave Wellington at 3 p.m. yesterday for Auckland with general cargo. She is due here on Saturday. . • -% THE COAL TRADE. The Rakanoa arrived from Newcastle yesterday afternoon with a cargo of coal. She berthed at the Hobson Wharf The Kauri, which arrived . from Newcastle with a cargo of coal on Tuesday, berthed at the Central Wharf yesterday to discharge. The Shahristan is expected to leave Auckland for Newcastle to-day to load coal for New Zealand. . ... NEW.; ZEALAND SHIPPING COMPANY. The Trevalgan, en route from Montreal to Auckland, , left Newport News on December 1 in continuation of her voyage. She is due hero about December 30. The Raranga, which is coming from Montreal to Auckland, sailed from Colon on November 27. The vessel is due here dbout December 21. -'.*>>.., The New Zealand Shipping .Company's Tairoa is to replace the Whakatane for February loading at St. John. The Tairoa is expected to leave London for Fiji with cargo at the end of January. ■ She will probably come on to New Zealand. THE NIAGARA DELAYED.. ■ Owing to the wet "weather yesterday the departure -of the Niagara for Sydney has been postponed until noon to-day. . tM THE SYDNEY SERVICE. > Tho Maheno is timed to leave for Sydnev at 3 p.m. to-day.
