AUSTRALIAN DEFENDERS. AMERICAN APPRAISEMENT. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. Nov. 28. The New York Times, commenting en the Australian Davis Cup team, says that they are highly resourceful players who will defend the Australian-held" honours ably. The team is well grounded in all departments of play. INDIA TO CHALLENGE. A and N.Z. DELHI, Nov. 28. A meeting of the All India Tennis Association at Delhi, decided to enter India for the Davis Cup contest in 1921. The team will consist of British subjects, or subjects of the native States. ■
