LIVERPOOL WOOL SALES.

SMALL PROPORTION SOLD. LOW PRICES STILL RULING. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Monday. In a cablegram from London, dated "November 27, the High Commissioner says : —

" At the Government sales at Liverpool on November 25, a total of 20,515 bales of Australian and New Zealand were offered. Only 3000 were sold at prices ruling at the recent London sales. The Liverpool sales, fixed for December 20. have been postponed until January 6. The Bradford trade conditions have not improved, in view of the uncertainty with regard to future values."
