MR. ASQUITH'S POLICY.
ENDORSEMENT BY LIBERALS. Australian an-„ N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed?'. 12.30 a.m LONDON. Nov. 18. After an address by Mr. Asquith, Independent Liberal members of the House of Commons passed a resolution endorsing Mr. Asquith's policy of Dominion Home Rule for Ireland, " including, as it does, adequate safeguards for the strategic security "of the United Kingdom and the protection of minorities." This formula is expected to stop discontent in Liberal circles arising out of Mr. Asquith's recent speeches on Ireland.
