RESUMPTION OF TRADE. QUESTION BEFORE CABINET. PROLONGED DISCUSSIONS. By Telegraph— Association—Copyright. (Received 1.15 a.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 17. A full meeting of the British Cabinet held a long discussion to-day on the resumption of trade with Russia. A further discussion will be held to-morrow. It is reported that conversations will be held with Krassin, the Soviet envoy, in the interval.
