AN ARGENTINE DOCK.

GERMANY UNABLE TO DELIVER A. and N.Z. BUENOS AIRES. Oct. 7.

A German shipyard firm informed the Argentine Government that it would be unable to deliver a 40,000-ton float'ng dry dock, which jt undertook to construct before the war. The dry dock is completed, but the shipyard lacks towing equipment with which to brine it to Buenos Aires. The company asked the Government either to supply its own towing or to accept a refund of the money ' paid on account.
